Cancellation Policy:  Our guarantee is simple… Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You have three (3) days from the date you enroll in the trainings to cancel your agreement and have 100% of your deposit refunded. Thereafter, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the registered training price PER TRAINING SESSION. Once the training has started, if at any time prior to the conclusion of your session, you should become dissatisfied with the program, simply meet with your trainer to discuss your dissatisfaction and if we are unable to resolve the problem, we will provide you with a refund. The refund will be calculated by the amount paid for the training, less the non-refundable cancellation fee (20% of the class fee), and the balance remaining will be prorated based on the actual training days attended. At your meeting with your trainer you must articulate the reasons for your dissatisfaction and afford your trainer a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, we will provide you with a refund. The refund will be calculated by the amount paid for the training, less the non-refundable cancellation fee, and the balance remaining will be prorated based on the actual training days (partial or whole) attended. This guarantee is available only during your training session to any fully paid participant who is still within their 1-year enrollment period from their original date of registration. If a refund is awarded, all course materials must be returned to your trainer prior to you leaving the training session.

 ThetaHealing® Technique Schedule & Registration

(3% service charge for credit and debit cards.)

  • Listing on the official ThetaHealing® website, as a ThetaHealing Practitioner at whichever level you have completed.​

Further class details will be sent once you register for class. (These classes are not held at the Goldfinch location.) 

Tuition is stated per individual class and includes the non-refundable deposit.  Deposit is due at initial registration.
Deadline to register for a class is 48 hours before the first day of class.   (Exceptions made at the discretion of the Instructor.)
There is no refund for deposit.  Deposit may be applied to a future class (for one year from the date of original payment) if student cancels their reservation for class 10 days in advance of the first day of class.
Full payment for class is due no later than the first morning of class.

Remaining balance of tuition for class will be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of class.  (After 2 weeks balance of tuition may be transferred to a future class up to one year from the date of original payment.) T
